Services and Fees

(If your child does not have insurance or your insurance does not cover our services then our pricing below applies.)

 

Screenings and re-screenings:

Includes: A brief observation, use of non-standardized assessments, interview with parent/guardian and/or teachers to assess a child's developmental milestone attainment and determine if there is a need for further evaluation and services.

Price: no charge

 

Initial Evaluation:  

Includes: A formal assessment completed by an experienced Occupational Therapist  including the use of 1 or more appropriate standardized assessment test*. Scoring and interpretation of assessment test, clinical observation, parent/guardian interview, development of long term and short term goals, and formal report.  

Price: $130

 

Treatment Session:

Includes: Customized one-on-one therapy session with an occupational therapist based on your child's goals and needs established during Initial Evaluation. 

Price: $60 / half hour (after initial half hour billed in 15 min. increments)

 

Re-Evaluation: 

Includes: Re-assessment using of 1 or more appropriate standardized assessment test*. Scoring and interpretation of assessment test, clinical observation, parent/guardian interview, review of previous long term and short term goals and progress, development of new long term and short term goals, and formal report.  

Price: $100

 

Consultation: Cost is determined on a case by case scenario. Consultations include meetings with school officials, pediatricians, other therapist, etc. 

 

 

 

*Standardized assessment tests include: Peabody Developmental Motor Scales, The Beery-Buktenica Developmental Test of Visual Motor Integration and Visual Perception, Test of Handwriting Skills, Motor-Free Visual Perception Test-3, Test of Visual-Motor Integration
