Providence Therapy was established in July 2004 by Sarah Munson and Brandon Wood
to provide Pediatric Occupational Therapy services in the
Triangle Region.
To set us apart and offer a higher quality of
service we decided to offer a mobile service. We therefore are unique in that we carry out
evaluation and treatment sessions in your child's
preschool, daycare, children's gym, or home. It is also a proven fact
that children perform and learn new skills better when they
are in a comfortable setting.
Forms of payment we accept are cash, check, or credit card (coming
soon). Currently we accept both Blue Cross/Blue Shield
and Medicaid. If you have another
form of insurance as a courtesy we will file the claim for you.
